Weibo Announces an Investment in Yixia

Weibo Corporation (Nasdaq: WB) (“Weibo”) has completed a $120 million investment in Yixia Tech Co Ltd., a developer of mobile video app, in its latest round of equity financing.  To date, Weibo has made in aggregate $190 million equity investment in Yixia Tech Co Ltd.
